LogicGateSim provides a free, browser-based digital logic circuit simulator and boolean algebra calculator. The Service is offered for educational and non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You may use the Service for:

• Personal, academic, and educational circuit design and simulation
• Non-commercial research and teaching purposes
• Sharing circuit designs via JSON export for collaboration

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Service for competing commercial products
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our hosting infrastructure
• Use automated scripts to scrape or stress-test the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, design assets, and content of LogicGateSim are the intellectual property of their respective authors. The simulator engine and UI are protected by copyright. Circuit designs you create and export as JSON remain your own property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicGateSim and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or circuit designs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
